On behalf of everyone here at CERCOPAN, thank you so much to Antonio, Theresa and Cathy for your donations. The donation from Theresa will be used to supply our new babies with milk and vital drugs and those from Antonio and Cathy will support our environmental education outreach programme in Calabar and surrounding rural areas.

As a non-profit making NGO we really are utterly reliant upon the generosity of individuals, companies and foundations to undertake our vital work here in Nigeria. Consequently, everything we are able to achieve is thanks to people like you.
Thanks again
Claire

Claire, your blog is so encouraging to visit. Hope little JB is adjusting to his new life. Being fairly new to your blog, do you release any of these little ones back into the forest when they are ready? Please tell Dr. Uhle how much we appreciate him helping all these sweet little creatures. Great picture of these two little munchkins, so precious.
Hi Theresa,
I a finally replying to everyones comments today as I have been away in Lagos fundraising for the last week and have been very busy. As you can see from the recent blog “Monas make the most of freedom” we have already released 3 Monas back in to the forest and hope to release additional Monas this year. The eventual aim is to restoire the entire primate community in the area of community forest that we protect with our host community Iko Esai.
Thanks
Claire

Great job to all contributors on their efforts and donations! Let’s not forget the on-going plight of our human friends in Africa as they are dying by the thousands daily. Spend a few minutes at your PC and sponsor a child today!
