An update on where we stand:
the justgiving.com website has not given us any news about donations today, and we expect they will provide this information during the working week. So unfortunately, we cannot tell you how much we have received there – but of course, we will let you know as soon as we do!
We have received many kind donations on the NWHS page today. Thank you all!
So far we collected a total of Naira 180,920 – or 1130 US$.
Even if this is still not enough to pay the rent, we are relieved to know that we can offer our landlords some preliminary payment to prevent immediate eviction.
We are still working to secure the rest of the money. Thank you for supporting us – we will keep you updated!
